About the Role

We are looking for a motivated ERPNext Developer with 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in ERPNext and the Frappe

Framework.

The ideal candidate has strong skills in ERPNext customization, custom application development, workflow automation and integrations. This role requires ownership, problem-solving ability and a passion for delivering scalable ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Customize and develop ERPNext applications based on business requirements.
- Create and maintain custom modules, DocTypes, reports, dashboards, workflows and print formats.
- Develop custom applications using the Frappe Framework.
- Build and enhance server-side and client-side scripts for process automation.
- Integrate ERPNext with third-party applications and APIs (payment gateways, SMS/WhatsApp, etc.).
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, bugs and performance concerns.
- Optimize ERPNext functionality and system performance.




- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Maintain technical documentation for developments and enhancements.
- Support deployment, testing (UAT) and post-implementation activities.

Required Skills

- 2 to 3 years of hands-on ERPNext development experience (mandatory) and implementation projects
- Strong knowledge of the Frappe Framework (DocTypes, hooks, workflows, Report Builder, bench CLI).
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS and MariaDB / MySQL; Jinja templating for print formats.
- Experience in ERPNext customization and custom development.
- Experience creating custom reports, workflows, scripts and forms.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, whitelisted methods, webhooks and third-party integrations.
- Familiarity with Git / version control systems.
- Robust debugging, troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
