- Design pass boxes, air showers, air tunnels, LAF units, and other cleanroom equipment and AHU
- Prepare 2D manufacturing drawings and 3D models.
- Create sheet-metal fabrication drawings, assemblies, and BOMs.
- Select suitable materials, filters, blowers, motors, and other components.
- Coordinate with production and vendors to ensure manufacturability.
- Develop product designs in accordance with applicable cleanroom requirements, including relevant ISO 14644 standards.
Preferred software: SolidWorks or Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD.
Experience to target: 25 years in mechanical design, sheet-metal fabrication, HVAC equipment, or cleanroom equipment manufacturing.
