Position: Customer Service Executive – International Voice Process

Job Details

- Working Days: 5 Days a Week
- Shift: US Night Shifts
- Salary Package: Up to 9 LPA
- Salary Hike: 25–30% hike on last drawn CTC, depending on experience and interview performance
- Joining: Immediate Joiners Only

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduation is mandatory.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an International Voice Process.
- Experience in General Insurance / Property & Casualty (P&C;) Insurance is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Robust customer-handling, problem-solving, and query-resolution skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to general insurance.




- Assist customers with property and casualty insurance-related queries.
- Provide information regarding policies, coverage, claims, billing, and account-related concerns.
- Resolve customer issues professionally while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow process guidelines.
- Meet quality standards, performance targets, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
