We are seeking a senior SAP S/4HANA extended Service Parts Planning (eSPP) Support Consultant with

Experience - 5+ years.

Location - Any Client locations

Work mode - Hybrid

In this role, you will take ownership of complex L2 and L3 support tickets and Change Requests, troubleshoot business-critical system issues, and deliver enhancements to optimize our aftermarket service parts supply chain.

Role & responsibilities :

- L2/L3 Ticket Resolution: Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex application errors, system bugs, and high-priority incidents in SAP eSPP.
- Problem Management: Perform root-cause analysis for recurring issues, provide permanent fixes, and implement workarounds to minimize business downtime.
- Enhancements & Change Requests (CRs): Gather business requirements for the project, write functional specifications, configure changes, and oversee testing through deployment.
- Core Planning Operations: Support and optimize critical eSPP functions, including Demand Forecasting, Inventory Balancing, Surplus and Obsolescence (S&O;) planning, and Bill of Distribution (BOD).
- System & Job Monitoring: Manage and troubleshoot complex background planning jobs, CIF (Core Interface) queues, and data integration logs.
- Cross-Module Integration:



Troubleshoot data flows and integration points between eSPP and SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), Materials Management (MM), and Sales & Distribution (SD).
- User Training & Mentorship: Act as the subject matter expert (SME) to guide junior team members and conduct advanced training sessions for business super-users.

Requirements & Technical Skills :

- Experience: 5 to 10 years of dedicated experience supporting or implementing SAP SPP / S/4HANA eSPP environments.
- Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of aftermarket parts planning, multi-echelon inventory optimization, and service supply chain dynamics.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong configuration skills in eSPP parameters (EOQ/Safety Stock, Replenishment, DRP). Ability to debug ABAP code to isolate complex L3 issues is highly preferred.
- Project Tracking: Proven experience working in structured support environments using tools like ServiceNow, Jira, or Solution Manager.
- Soft Skills: Robust analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills for stakeholder management, and the ability to work independently under tight SLA timelines.
