Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations in a manufacturing or factory setting.
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and retention.
- Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory regulations, and factory-related HR requirements.
- Handle attendance, payroll coordination, leave management, and employee records.
- Manage workforce planning, manpower budgeting, and performance management.
- Coordinate with department heads and factory management to meet manpower requirements.
- Oversee HR policies, employee welfare, and training and development activities
