- B. Tech in Civil.
- Quantity surveying and preparing bill of quantities.
- Quantifies the project based on specialized software and take-off sheets as per the instructions and specifications given by the manager.
- Checking the quantity take off prepared by the consultants.
- List out major brought out item to be supplied as per RFP.
- Effectively working in handing the QS working of commercial, residential, airport, hospital projects.
- Should be able to do the quantity take off from BIM and CDE tools like Revit, ACC and Assemble.
