Role- Functional Product Owner /Workday Payroll

Department: Human Resources HR Digital Solutions

Experience: 8 to 12 years

Location: Gurugram (Hybrid)

- Must Have: Workday Payroll

Qualifications:

• Total 8+ years of experience with 5+ years of progressive experience as a Product Owner, HR Systems Analyst, or HR Technology delivery role

• Robust understanding of HR technology functionality and configuration across key modules

• Strong understanding of data governance, operating guidelines, and quality control best practices

• Demonstrated ability to translate complex business needs into actionable user stories

• Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder groups and influence without authority

• Experience, or ability to adapt and learn, in participating in agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and planning initiatives





• Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
