Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and deploy SAP HCM solutions to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather functional specifications and create data maps for successful implementation.
- Provide technical expertise on SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central (EC) and Human Capital Management (HCM).
- Ensure seamless integration between different systems using APIs or other integration tools.

Job Requirements :

- 5-9 years of experience in SAP HCM implementation projects.
- Solid understanding of SuccessFactors modules including EC, HCM, and HRSd.
- Proficiency in creating functional specifications and developing data mappings for large-scale implementations.
