Job Description IT Recruiter

Job Title: IT Recruiter

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented IT Recruiter with 1–2 years of experience in IT staffing and recruitment. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and end-to-end recruitment for various IT positions.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Shine, job portals, and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, and job requirements.
- Recruit for technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, SQL, React, Angular, Full Stack Development, Data Analytics, Data Engineering, Cloud, DevOps, Testing, SAP, Azure, and AWS.
- Coordinate technical interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process, including interview scheduling, feedback, offer negotiation, and onboarding.




- Manage candidate databases and maintain accurate recruitment records.
- Work on permanent, contract-to-hire (C2H), and contractual hiring requirements.
- Understand job descriptions and identify suitable candidates within the required timelines.
- Meet daily and monthly recruitment targets while maintaining candidate quality.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring teams.

Required Skills

- 1–2 years of experience in IT recruitment or IT staffing.
- Good knowledge of IT technologies and technical job requirements.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Shine, or other job portals.
- Strong sourcing, screening, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet deadlines.
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment and candidate follow-up.
- Knowledge of permanent hiring and C2H recruitment is an advantage.

Education

- Graduate in any discipline; MBA in HR or a relevant qualification is preferred.
