Plant Operations Management

• Oversee complete operations of the PU Manufacturing and Seat Assembly Unit.

• Ensure smooth and efficient production planning and execution.

• Monitor daily production output and ensure achievement of production targets.

• Ensure optimum utilization of machines, manpower, and resources.

Cost Control and Efficiency

• Monitor and control manufacturing costs, including manpower, material, and

overhead costs.

• Identify and implement cost reduction and productivity improvement initiatives.

• Ensure efficient use of raw materials and minimize wastage.

Quality Management

• Ensure products meet customer specifications and quality standards.

• Implement and maintain quality control systems and procedures.

• Coordinate with Quality team to address customer complaints and implement

corrective actions.

Dispatch and Delivery Management

• Ensure timely dispatch of finished goods as per customer schedules.

• Coordinate with logistics and planning teams to avoid delays.

• Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock management.





Manpower Management

• Manage plant workforce including supervisors, operators, and support staff.

• Ensure proper manpower planning, allocation, and productivity.

• Maintain discipline, safety, and employee engagement.

• Provide guidance, training, and performance evaluation of team members.

Reporting and Management Coordination

• Report plant performance, production, quality, and cost status to senior

management.

• Provide regular MIS reports and operational updates.

• Coordinate with other departments such as Design, Quality, Purchase, and Sales.

Safety and Compliance

• Ensure adherence to safety standards, company policies, and statutory

requirements.

• Maintain safe working setting within the plant.

• Ensure compliance with ISO, customer, and regulatory requirements.
