We are looking for an experienced R&D; / Food Technology Qualified with a strong techno-commercial background for a leading organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct R&D;, food formulation, product innovation, and new product development.
- Develop new products and improve existing formulations.
- Collaborate with Production, Quality Assurance, Marketing, and Technical Sales teams.
- Conduct product trials, experiments, and data analysis.
- Provide technical support and customized solutions to customers.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Support technical sales and business development through product expertise.

Candidate Requirements:

- Master's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
- Education completed in the UK or a similarly recognized international institution is mandatory.
- 5 to 8 years of relevant R&D; experience, preferably in the food industry.
- Strong techno-commercial and customer-handling skills.
- Good knowledge of food formulation, laboratory techniques, product trials, and regulatory requirements.
- International client or global market exposure will be an added advantage.
