1. Role Overview / Purpose of the Role

We are seeking an experienced skilled to lead Real Estate Fund operations, overseeing fund administration, NAV and financial reporting, regulatory and tax compliance, and stakeholder coordination to ensure accurate and timely fund management.

2. Key Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end operations and administration of Real Estate Funds.

- Review periodic NAV calculations and reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely submission.

- Oversee fund accounting, financial reporting, and reconciliation activities.

- Ensure all regulatory filings and compliance requirements are completed and submitted on time.

- Manage tax filings and compliance in coordination with tax advisors and relevant authorities.

- Oversee VAT registration, filings, and related compliance requirements, where applicable.

- Monitor fund transactions, expenses, income, distributions, capital calls, and other fund activities.

- Review and validate fund accounting outputs, financial statements, investor reports, and management information.

- Maintain complete fund records, supporting schedules, documentation, and audit trails.

- Support internal and external audits by providing required information and resolving queries.

- Monitor regulatory and tax developments affecting Real Estate Funds and implement required changes promptly.

- Identify operational, financial, and compliance risks and implement effective controls and mitigation measures.

- Partner with senior management and key stakeholders on fund performance,



reporting, compliance, and operational matters.

- Deliver all assigned outputs within agreed timelines and quality standards.

3. Education & Experience

Qualification

- CA / CFA / ACCA / MBA Finance preferred

Experience

- 710 years of direct, hands-on experience in Real Estate Fund Accounting and Fund Operations, including NAV calculations, fund-level accounting, financial reporting, and reconciliations.

- Experience managing capital calls, distributions, and investor reporting within Real Estate Investment Funds, Real Estate Asset Management, or Real Estate Fund Administration is preferred.

4. Skills & Competencies

Technical Skills:

- Proven working proficiency in both APX and Tradex is mandatory
- Practical experience using both required platforms for fund accounting, transaction processing, reconciliations, NAV calculations, and fund reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
- Strong understanding of fund-level financial data, accounting processes, and reporting requirements.

5. Compensation Range

- Per diem and accommodation will be provided when travelling to KSA, as per company policy.
