Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Supervise daily civil construction, repair, renovation, and maintenance activities.
- Monitor site work to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and internal departments.
- Inspect buildings, walls, flooring, ceilings, plumbing-related civil works, and other structural components.
- Prepare daily work progress reports and maintain records of materials, manpower, and site activities.
- Ensure proper utilization of materials and control wastage.
- Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of assigned works.
- Identify civil maintenance issues and coordinate corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with hospital safety procedures and housekeeping standards during maintenance and construction activities.




- Assist in preparing estimates, material requirements, and work schedules.
- Conduct regular site inspections and report defects or deviations to the concerned authority.
- Ensure minimum disruption to hospital operations during maintenance and renovation work.

Eligibility Criteria

- Diploma / B.E. in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in civil supervision, construction, or building maintenance.
- Experience in hospital, commercial building, or institutional maintenance will be an added advantage.
- Candidates should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of independently handling site activities.
