About the Role:

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with strong hands-on experience across the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) to build and scale production web applications. You will own features end to end, from API design and data modelling to responsive UI delivery, working closely with product, design, and QA in an Agile setup.

We work AI-first. We expect you to build with AI coding agents as part of your daily workflow, and to know the difference between code an agent generated and code that is ready for production. This role suits someone who has shipped real features to real users and wants ownership rather than ticket execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB
- Build reusable, modular front-end components with React and state management (Redux Toolkit / Context API/ Zustand)
- Develop secure RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services and APIs
- Design MongoDB schemas, write aggregation pipelines, and optimise queries with proper indexing
- Implement authentication and authorisation using JWT, OAuth, and role-based access control
- Use AI coding agents to accelerate delivery,



then review, refactor, test, and harden that output before it reaches production
- Translate Figma designs into responsive, cross-browser, mobile-first interfaces
- Optimise applications for performance, page load speed, and scalability
- Write unit and integration tests, participate in code reviews, and maintain coding standards
- Debug and resolve production issues, including root cause analysis and preventive fixes
- Work with Git-based workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and containerised deployments
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA in sprint planning, grooming, and daily stand-ups
- Document APIs, technical decisions, and module-level workflows

Skills needed:

- Strong JavaScript / TypeScript fundamentals (ES6+), including async/await, promises, closures, and event loop behaviour
- Solid React.js experience including hooks, state management, form handling, performance optimisation and component lifecycle
- Hands-on Node.js and Express.js for backend services and REST API development
- Practical MongoDB experience: schema design, aggregation framework, indexing and Mongoose
- Proven ability to code with AI agents (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, or similar): prompting, context handling, breaking work into agent-sized tasks, and reviewing generated code critically
- Judgement on what Al-generated code needs before it ships: test coverage, error handling, securitychecks, performance, and maintainability
- Working knowledge of HTMLS, CSS3, and a modern styling approach (Tailwind CSS, Material UI or styled components)
- Understanding of authentication flows, API security, and error handling
- Git and version control workflows (branching, pull requests, code reviews).
- Familiarity with Agile/ Scrum methodologies.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelors or master’s degree in computer science or equivalent from a renowned institute.
- 3+ years of professional full stack development experience on the MERN stack
