Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Understanding the requirements.
2. Sourcing the Quality and suitable candidates from the target companies with the help of resources provided.
3. Sourcing the candidates through job portals like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn also through reference and network.
4. Searching resumes through internal databases, references, and external entities like Boolean searches. Mass Mailing through Job posting, LinkedIn Searches.
5. Coordinating candidates for interview
6. Scheduling and tracking the short-listing candidates for the interview.
7.



Responsible for tracking the offered candidates until joins the organization.
8. Maintaining the trackers & reports of the candidates.
9. Communication to candidates to find out their suitability as per requirement and to know their interest.
10. Follow up on short listing, interview schedules, Selection, Negotiations till On-board.
