Roles and Responsibilities
- Sourcing through various channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
- Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0-4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or related field.
- Solid understanding of non-IT recruitment consultancy services including staffing, HRSd, talent acquisition, and consultancy.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates alike.
