Role Overview:
Identify commercial properties available for rent or lease across Bangalore through field surveys, market mapping, and interactions with property owners, landlords, and brokers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct on-ground surveys across commercial markets.
- Identify vacant and upcoming commercial properties, including shops, offices, showrooms, and warehouses.
- Collect and verify property details, rental information, availability, and contact details.
- Build relationships with owners and brokers to track current and upcoming inventory.
- Update property data in the company database and submit regular reports.
- Candidate Profile:

- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- 1- 3 years of experience in real estate, field sales, market research, or field operations.
- Good communication, observation, and data-entry skills.
- Comfortable with extensive field travel and approaching current people.
- Smartphone with internet access required; two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Note: This is a field-based role requiring extensive travel across South Bangalore.
