Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Automation Test Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting automated testing on our software applications to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

- Develop and update scripts to automate testing processes, ensuring they are both effective and effective.
- Identify, analyze, and meticulously document test results.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop effective strategies.
- Verify that software applications meet both functional and non-functional requirements.
- Perform thorough post-release and post-implementation testing.
- Participate in troubleshooting and triaging issues with various teams to identify root causes and drive resolutions.
- Confirm and validate identified defects.
- Continuously maintain and improve the automated scripts and framework.




- Regularly assess and implement new tools and technologies to enhance testing efficiency.

Qualifications Required

- Hands-on experience of less than 1.5 years as an Automation Test Engineer.
- Basic Python programming knowledge and hands-on experience.
- Familiarity with testing concepts and process management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- BE in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Desired Qualifications

- Domain knowledge in Positive Train Control or Locomotive domain.
- Good understanding of IBM test management tools.
- Exposure to Eclipse/PyCharm.
