Experienced Scrum Master responsible for facilitating Agile delivery across cross-functional teams, removing impediments, driving Scrum ceremonies, tracking delivery metrics, and ensuring continuous improvement. Closely collaborates with Product Owners, Development Teams, Business Stakeholders, and Leadership to deliver business value.

Key Responsibilities
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement sessions.
Coach and mentor Agile teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Scrum values, Agile principles, and best practices.
Remove impediments and proactively address risks affecting team productivity and delivery commitments.
Work closely with Product Owners to ensure a well-groomed and prioritized product backlog.
Track and report Agile metrics such as Velocity, Burndown/Burnup Charts, Sprint Progress,



Team Capacity, and Release Readiness.
Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and leadership.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and team ownership.
Ensure adherence to Agile governance, processes, and organizational standards.
Support release planning, dependency management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication.
Promote Agile maturity and help teams transition from traditional delivery models to Agile frameworks
