Executive - Strategy Client Servicing

Benchmark Experiences is looking for an Executive - Strategy Client Servicing with 1-3 years of experience in events, experiential marketing, advertising, or brand activation. The role involves supporting event concepts, client presentations, creative coordination, communication, and execution.

Responsibilities

- Research client brands, audiences, venues, themes, engagement ideas and relevant references.
- Support the development of event concepts, presentations, proposals and experience journeys.
- Draft event communication, invitations, mailers, presentation copy and basic content outlines.
- Translate discussions into transparent meeting notes, action points, creative briefs and deliverable trackers.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, 3D designers, content creators, production teams and vendors.
- Track deadlines, follow up on pending work and maintain accurate versions of presentations and creative assets.




- Check deliverables for spelling, brand consistency, correct information and alignment with the brief.
- Support event preparation, rehearsals and on-ground execution.

Requirements

- Preferred experience: 1-3 years in an events, experiential marketing, advertising or brand activation agency.
- Someone curious, articulate, detail-oriented and dependable, with a good visual sense and the ability to turn direction into well-organised work. They should be comfortable asking relevant questions, taking feedback and following tasks through to completion.
