Role & responsibilities

- Execute and manage HVAC projects, including VRF system installation and commissioning.
- Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure project work is completed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress, material requirements, manpower, and site schedules.
- Ensure proper installation of indoor and outdoor units, refrigerant piping, copper piping, and drainage systems.
- Read and interpret HVAC drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate material procurement and ensure the timely availability of materials at the project site.
- Maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
- Troubleshoot site issues and coordinate with the technical team to resolve them.




- Prepare daily progress reports and provide regular project updates to management.

Preferred candidate profile

- Diploma or BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Relevant experience in HVAC project execution, installation, and commissioning.
- Hands-on experience with VRF/VRV air conditioning systems is preferred.
- Knowledge of HVAC drawings, installation procedures, site supervision, and project coordination.
- Ability to coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Valuable problem-solving, communication, and team coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
- Candidates with experience in HVAC contracting, MEP projects, or turnkey engineering projects will be preferred.
