Manager Electrical (Biomass Power Plant) | SAEL Industries

Location: Mandrella, Bhadra (Rajasthan)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the operation and maintenance of all electrical systems, including generators, transformers, HT/LT switchgear, substations, motors, MCCs, and protection systems, ensuring protected and reliable plant operations.

Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance on generators, transformers, switchgear, and motors.

Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and shutdown maintenance strategies to maximize equipment availability and improve plant reliability.

Manage electrical fault diagnosis, root cause analysis (RCA), and corrective actions to minimize downtime and enhance operational efficiency.

Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, electrical safety standards, LOTO procedures, and EHS policies while driving a strong safety culture.

Coordinate with operations and maintenance teams to improve plant reliability, efficiency, and equipment performance.
