Job Description: Planning Manager (Residential Projects)
Location: Bangalore
Key Responsibilities
- Develop baseline schedules, master programmes and look-ahead plans in Primavera P6.
- Track weekly and monthly progress, analyse critical path and float, and prepare recovery plans.
- Monitor labour productivity against norms and drive improvements.
- Plan manpower, materials and equipment aligned to the schedule.
- Baseline scheduling and S-Curve analysis
- Prepare progress reports and MIS for management and clients.
- Coordinate with site, procurement, design and contracts teams; guide planning engineers.
Qualifications & Experience
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- 12-18 years in construction planning
- Proven experience in residential projects (high-rise or townships).
- Solid hands-on expertise in P6 and labour productivity analysis.
