Job Title: MIS Executive

Location: Jaipur

Job Role:

Responsible for managing Support & backend operations, coordinating cross-functional teams, preparing MIS reports, and ensuring smooth execution of end-to-end sales processes. The role involves data management, team coordination, team coordination, business communication, and operational problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain and update data records accurately

Prepare and maintain MIS reports using Excel functions such as Lookup, SUMIFS, and Pivot Tables, Dashboards.

Consolidate and validate data to support accurate reporting and management decisions.

2. Cross-Functional Coordination

* Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Finance, Production, Dispatch, and other internal departments.

* Facilitate communication between teams to ensure timely execution of tasks.

* Follow up on deliverables and resolve coordination gaps.zaqHandle data verification and remove duplication

3. Business Communication & Documentation

* Draft skilled emails, internal messages, operational instructions, and business communications.

4. Adaptability & Process Improvement

- * Quickly adapt to new tools, processes, and changing business requirements.




- * Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reporting workflows.
- * Support the implementation of process improvements and new operational systems.Work extensively on MS Excel for data management

6. Sales Operations & Backend Management

* Manage and monitor end-to-end sales backend processes, including order processing, registration tracking, documentation, and delivery coordination.

* Coordinate with sales teams to ensure timely completion of operational activities.

* Track pending cases, resolve process-related issues, and ensure smooth workflow execution.

### Preferred Qualification & Experience

- Experience in *Education/EdTech or a similar operations environment* preferred.
