We are looking for an experienced Planning Engineer to support and manage project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting activities for large-scale city-side development projects. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in Primavera P6, project controls, resource planning, and construction scheduling, with experience across commercial, retail, hospitality, and mixed-use developments.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
- Prepare baseline schedules, work breakdown structures (WBS), milestones, and project calendars.
- Track project progress against approved schedules and identify delays, risks, and critical path activities.
- Generate weekly, monthly, and management progress reports with schedule analysis.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, construction,



and project management teams to ensure alignment with project timelines.
- Conduct schedule impact assessments and recommend mitigation and recovery plans.
- Monitor resource allocation, productivity, and project performance metrics.
- Support project budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning activities.
- Analyze project risks and opportunities affecting schedule performance.
- Participate in progress review meetings and present schedule updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with project controls procedures, reporting standards, and contractual requirements.
- Assist in claims management, extension of time (EOT) analysis, and delay assessments when required.
