1. Full Vehicle Crash Analyst

Experience : 3 Years to 10 Years

Job Description:

- Perform CAE simulations to evaluate full vehicle crashworthiness performance for high-speed side impact using LS-DYNA.
- Proficiency in Ansa (or) HyperMesh and LS-DYNA, Primer, Metapost.
- Strong FEA and crash analysis fundamentals.
- Positive understanding of include structure.
- Candidate should have analysis background, should be proficient in model build, setup, debugging, and result postprocessing.
- Experience with full vehicle, subsystem, or component-level crash simulations is preferable.
- Understanding of vehicle safety regulations.
- Good understanding of load paths and energy balance in crash events.

years : 5 - 12

Experience on Dummy injury evaluations, Sled simulations, & Occupant safety Crash simulations.

- Product knowledge of Automotive occupant safety systems(Airbags).

- Experience on Airbag Meshing, folding, deployment studies, LIP test correlations, Module component structural integrity.





- Experience on System (Vehicle) and sub- system level simulations.

- Proficiency in PAM Crash, Sim- Folder, LS-Dyna, HyperMesh, Primer, Animator

- Dummy injury evaluation for Humanetics Hybrid III dummies

- Seat belt routing, Belt squashing, Dummy positioning

Requirements

- Experience on Dummy injury evaluations, Sled simulations, & Occupant safety Crash simulations.

- Product knowledge of Automotive occupant safety systems(Airbags).

- Experience on Airbag Meshing, folding, deployment studies, LIP test correlations, Module component structural integrity.

- Experience on System (Vehicle) and sub- system level simulations.

- Proficiency in PAM Crash, Sim- Folder, LS-Dyna, HyperMesh, Primer, Animator

- Dummy injury evaluation for Humanetics Hybrid III dummies
