Job Description:

- Handle customer calls from UK customers.
- Assist customers with telecom-related queries, plans, billing and services.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
- Maintain good communication and customer handling skills.

Eligibility:

- Good English communication skills is mandatory.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Graduation is not mandatory.
- B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc./Post Graduates are not eligible to apply.
- Candidates should be willing to work in UK shifts.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.
