Job Title: Pre Primary Coordinator

We are looking for a agile and experienced Pre Primary Coordinator to lead and manage our Pre-Primary wing. The ideal candidate should be passionate about early childhood education and capable of creating a safe, joyful, and nurturing learning environment for young children.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise, mentor, and train Pre-Primary teachers and support staff.
- Design, plan, and implement age-appropriate curriculum and lesson plans as per CBSE / ECCE guidelines.
- Organize co-curricular activities, events, celebrations, and parent orientation programs.
- Monitor child development, maintain student records, and share progress reports with parents.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and child-friendly classroom environment.
- Conduct regular Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) and communicate effectively with parents.




- Coordinate with school management for resources, training, and academic planning.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and hygiene norms for young children.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate from a recognized university.
- Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) / Montessori Training is mandatory.
- B.Ed. will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Pre-Primary teaching / coordination.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in computer and activity-based learning methods.
