Senior Executive - Strategy & Client Servicing
Benchmark Experiences is looking for a proactive professional to lead client servicing, develop creative event concepts, manage project timelines, coordinate teams, and ensure seamless event execution. Preferred Experience: 3-5 years in an events or experiential agency, with demonstrated ownership of client projects.

Preferred experience: 3-5 years in an events or experiential agency, with demonstrated ownership of client projects.
Key responsibilities:
- Understand client objectives and translate briefs into transparent creative and execution directions.
- Develop event narratives, themes, concepts, audience engagement ideas and proposals with clear rationale.
- Build and present structured decks covering the concept, guest journey, key experiences and execution approach.
- Develop content briefs, AV/storyboard outlines, event flows and communication plans.
- Handle day-to-day client communication, consolidate feedback and drive approvals.
- Independently manage assigned projects or workstreams,
including timelines, dependencies and team coordination.
- Evaluate creative and production proposals for relevance, feasibility and budget alignment.
- Coordinate scope, estimates and changes with production and commercial teams.
- Guide the Executive, review their work and flag risks early with practical solutions.
- Support rehearsals and on-ground delivery, ensuring the approved idea is carried through to execution.
What we are looking for:
Someone who can take ownership, exercise creative judgement and move a project forward with limited supervision. Strong writing, presentation, client handling and problem-solving skills are essential.
