- Experience with exothermic reaction, high pressure reaction, and distillation
- Familiarity with equipment like reactors, flakers, and pumps




- Understanding of utility systems for smooth production
- Knowledge of EHS requirements and housekeeping
- Experience with batch charging and batch transferring operations
