Position Title: Customer Care Advocate

Location: Noida

The Customer Service Advocate provides essential support across pre/post-sales, ensuring smooth order management, timely service scheduling, and effective customer communication. This role involves handling inquiries, managing orders and returns, coordinating deliveries, and maintaining accurate records, problem-solving skills, communication are key to success

Your Responsibilities

- Respond to customer and internal inquiries regarding orders, returns, replacements, and equipment details.
- Order / RMA maintenance, supply schedules, and customer/distributor coordination.
- Schedule calls and follow up on service requests.
- Handle requests for company materials and documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of returns, pricing updates, and order changes.
- Ensure timely communication with customers / partners / stakeholders.
- Handle customer calls, email and phone calls with promised turnaround time.

- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
- Basic Knowledge in excel and Power BI

Education Qualifications:

- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field
- Additional certifications in Customer Service, Supply Chain, or CRM tools are a plus
- Prior experience in customer support or order management preferred, 3 ~ 4 years.
