We are looking for skilled professionals with relevant domain expertise, strong coding knowledge, quality standards, and leadership capabilities.

1. Medical Coding – Coder / QA / Trainer / Team Leader

Location: Chennai

- E&M; IP/OP Coding – Coder / QA / Trainer

- E&M; IP/OP with Surgery – Coder / QA / Trainer

- IPDRG Coding – Coder / QA / Process Coach / Team Leader

- General Surgery Coding – Coder / QA

- IVR Coding – Coder / QA

- Same-Day Surgery Coding – Coder

- SDS Surgery / General Surgery – Coder / QA / Trainer

- E&M; with Surgery – Trainer

- Anesthesia Coding – Coder

- E&M; Orthopedics / Podiatry Coding – Hyderabad / Chennai

2. IPDRG Quality Assurance & Denials Coding

Location: Mumbai

- IPDRG QA – Minimum 5 years of IPDRG coding experience

- IPDRG Coder / QA

- Denials Coder

Compensation: Up to 15 LPA for eligible IPDRG QA candidates; other positions as per market standards and experience.

Notice Period: Immediate joiners to candidates with up to 30 days' notice period preferred.

3. CDI Specialist – E&M; / ED Multispecialty Denials

Location: Hyderabad / Chennai

- Position: CDI Specialist

- Mandatory experience:



2–6 years in CDI

- Specialization: E&M;, Emergency Department (ED), multispecialty denials

- Compensation: Open for the right candidate, up to 20 LPA

Candidates must have relevant CDI and denials-management experience.

4. Home Health Coding – Coder / QA

Location: Hyderabad / Chennai / Bangalore

- Home Health Coder – Work from Home

- Home Health QA – Work from Office

- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience

- Strong knowledge of home health coding guidelines and quality standards preferred

5. Ancillary Process Coach

Location: Bangalore

- Position: Process Coach – Ancillary

- Relevant experience in ancillary healthcare processes and process coaching preferred.

Candidate Requirements

- Relevant experience in the respective coding, CDI, QA, denials, or leadership specialty.

- Strong knowledge of applicable coding guidelines and quality standards.

- Valuable analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

- Candidates should be able to join within the specified notice period for their respective role.
