Responsibilities

- Assign Customs-Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS/HS) Export Control (ECCN) classifications of Agilent products for WW countries. Maintain documentation to support the ECCN/ HTS classification assigned.
- Trade order hold management and Sanctioned Party Screening (SPL).
- Management of SDA helpdesk to resolve day to day shipment related queries via arranging necessary details.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Controls Monitoring, Legal, Internal Audit, Logistics, and Supply Chain, to ensure uninterrupted support.
- Continuous focus on process improvements and attending to various customer requests in reference to compliance activities.
- Preparing various reports which assist in daily operations.
- Implement and improve all trade standard operating process and procedure documents.




- Solve reasonable level of complex problems requiring breadth/depth of knowledge of classification processes, strategies and programs.

Qualifications

- Bachelor s/Master s degree in Electrical Engineering, Biotechnology, International Business, or equivalent experience in Trade Compliance
- Typically, at least 4+ years relevant experience for entry into this level.
