Responsibilities

- Perform functional and manual testing of Finacle LOS / Loan Origination applications.
- Understand business requirements and prepare: Test scenarios Test cases Test data Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM).
- Execute SIT, functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Validate complete lending workflows, including: Customer onboarding; Loan application creation; KYC and document verification; Eligibility assessment; Credit bureau checks; Credit appraisal and underwriting; Approval and deviation workflows; Sanction; Collateral/security details; Documentation; Disbursement; Post-disbursement validations.
- Perform positive, negative, boundary, and exception scenario testing.
- Validate integrations between Finacle LOS, Core Banking, external APIs, credit bureaus, KYC systems, document management systems, and other downstream applications.
- Perform API testing using tools such as Postman where applicable.
- Validate data flow between LOS and integrated systems.
- Perform database/backend validation using SQL where required.




- Verify lending-related financial and accounting entries generated through transactions.
- Log, track, retest, and close defects using defect-management tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.
- Participate in defect triage meetings and coordinate with development, business, and functional teams.
- Support business users during UAT and production/release validation.

Mandatory Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in Manual Testing.
- Experience working on Finacle LOS / Finacle Origination in the banking domain.
- Solid understanding of Loan Origination System and end-to-end lending lifecycle.
- Experience testing lending products
