Exciting Internship Opportunity for Operation role
Position: Internship (Apprenticeship Program)
Location: Ratlam
CTC:- 15K to 17K per month
Key Responsibilities
- Review and process new life insurance proposals and applications to ensure adherence to company guidelines and IRDAI regulations.
- Verify document completeness (KYC, income proofs, medical reports, and proposal forms)
- Ensure accurate data entry and generation of life insurance policies, welcome kits, and endorsements within defined Turnaround Times (TAT).
- Handle policy servicing requests such as address updates, name changes, mode of premium payment, fund switches (for ULIPs), and assignment/nominations.
- Process maturity payouts, survival benefits, and surrender requests accurately.
Qualifications
Any Graduation (Graduate pass out from 2022 to 2026)
Solid communication and problem-solving skills
