Role Overview :

We are looking for a Power Platform Engineer with 2+ years of relevant experience to develop and support business applications, automate processes, and deliver reporting solutions. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Power Apps and Power Automate, working knowledge of Dataverse and SharePoint, and intermediate proficiency in Power BI.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain Power Apps applications with intuitive interfaces and reusable components.

- Build Power Automate flows for approvals, notifications, data updates, and business process automation.

- Create and manage Dataverse tables, relationships, and security roles.

- Configure and use SharePoint lists and document libraries as application data sources.

- Develop and maintain Power BI reports, including data transformation, data modeling, DAX measures, and scheduled refreshes.

- Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Troubleshoot application, automation, and reporting issues; improve performance and reliability.

- Follow development standards, security requirements, and governance practices.

- Support testing, documentation, deployment, and movement of solutions across Development, QA, and Production environments.

- Collaborate with architects, developers,



and business users to deliver enhancements and resolve support requests.

Required Skills and Experience

- 2+ years of relevant experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.

- Strong experience building Power Apps Canvas apps, including Power Fx, forms, galleries, validation, delegation, and error handling.

- Strong experience with Power Automate cloud flows, including expressions, conditions, approvals, reusable flows, and exception handling.

- Hands-on experience with Dataverse, including tables, relationships, data operations, and role-based access.

- Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online, including lists, libraries, permissions, and integration with Power Apps and Power Automate.

- Intermediate Power BI skills, including Power Query, data modeling, DAX, report design, publishing, refresh configuration, and basic row-level security.

- Understanding of connectors, connection references, environment variables, and solution-based deployments.

- Ability to work independently on assigned features, communicate clearly, and maintain technical documentation.

Valuable to Have

- Experience developing Power Apps model-driven apps.

- Experience integrating REST APIs or building custom connectors.

- Exposure to GitHub, Azure DevOps, or Power Platform deployment pipelines.

- Awareness of Power Platform licensing, data loss prevention policies, and environment governance.

- Microsoft Power Platform certification, such as PL-400.
