- Perform functional testing of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Service and Contract modules, validating business workflows, configurations, and end-to-end scenarios.
- Test D365 Sales and Marketing modules, including lead management, opportunities, accounts, contacts, campaigns, and customer journeys.
- Analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories to prepare comprehensive test scenarios and test cases.
- Follow SDLC and STLC processes, including requirement analysis, test planning, test design, test execution, defect tracking, retesting, and test closure.
- Execute functional, integration, regression, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for D365 CRM applications.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and/or Playwright to improve test coverage and reduce manual testing effort.
- Validate CRM forms, fields, business rules, workflows,



security roles, data validation, and integrations with other applications.
- Identify, log, track, and retest defects using tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira.
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, functional consultants, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
- Prepare test execution reports, defect summaries, and testing status updates, ensuring quality deliverables within project timelines
