Role & responsibilities
- Create and manage Quotations, Proforma Invoices, Tax Invoices using Zoho Books/Tally Prime.
- Generate E-Way Bills and maintain shipment documentation.
- Prepare and assist in filing GST Returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.) with accuracy.
- Maintain and update customer, sales, and inventory data in Zoho Books/Tally Prime.
- Verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies with accounts/sales teams.
- Ensure timely processing while maintaining confidentiality and data security.
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate in Commerce/Accounts or any discipline.
- 0 - 2 years experience in Zoho, accounting, or data entry role preferred.
- Basic knowledge of GST, invoicing, and E-Way Bill process.
- Valuable typing speed, attention to detail, and Excel knowledge.
- Candidate must be based in Secunderabad/Hyderabad.
