Role & responsibilities

JD - Java, Unix and Linux scripting, SQL

Required Skills & Experience:

- 5+ years of experience in Application / Production Support.
- Hands on experience with monitoring tools like Dynatrace and Splunk.
- Basic Java knowledge (log analysis, stack traces, exception handling).
- Solid Linux/Unix and shell scripting skills.
- Experience coordinating with external vendors
- Strong SQL skills for troubleshooting and data checks.
- Experience with incident and change management tools (ServiceNow, JIRA, etc.
