Position Title: NATS Apprentice

Duration: 6 Months
Role Overview
The NATS Apprentice will support day-to-day operational and administrative activities within the assigned department. This role is intended to provide hands-on industry exposure and structured learning for graduate freshers under the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute meaningfully by supporting the operational and administrative delivery of both routine and high-impact digital services initiatives.
- Efficiently manage, organize, and update records, reports, and documentation while ensuring consistency and high standards of quality.
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders as per organizational standards.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Communicate clearly and confidently through emails, calls, and meetings to keep everyone aligned.
- Adhere to company policies, standards, and compliance requirements with professionalism and integrity.
- Actively engage in training programs and continuous learning initiatives to enhance skills and performance.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university or institution.
- Eligible under the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS).
Skills & Competencies
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
- Working knowledge of basic computer applications, including MS Office tools and email communication.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a dynamic work setting.
- Team-oriented professional with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
