About the Opportunity

We are hiring a Manager Brand Solutions for our client, a creative agency specialising in experiential marketing, brand solutions, and live entertainment. The agency creates engaging brand experiences, campaigns, activations, and cultural events for leading brands across India.

Role Overview

The Manager – Brand Solutions will be responsible for managing key client accounts, leading end-to-end projects, developing creative solutions, and ensuring smooth execution of campaigns and brand experiences. The role involves client relationship management, project planning, team leadership, and coordination across internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage key client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Lead projects end-to-end, from initial brief and ideation to planning, execution, and final delivery.
- Develop creative solutions and campaign ideas aligned with client objectives and brand requirements.
- Manage project budgets, P&Ls;, timelines, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution.
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Lead, guide, and mentor Associates, delegating responsibilities and ensuring quality output.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including senior stakeholders.




- Prepare and present campaign proposals, ideas, and project updates to clients.
- Ensure effective communication, collaboration, and problem-solving throughout project execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 5–7 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or brand solutions.
- Experience in experiential marketing, event management, advertising, or creative agencies is preferred.
- Understanding of youth-focused brands, youth culture, and consumer engagement.
- Proven experience managing client relationships and handling projects independently.
- Robust project management, planning, and coordination skills.
- Experience managing budgets, P&Ls;, timelines, and multiple deliverables.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal Candidate

A proactive and organised professional who combines strong client relationship skills with creative thinking, project ownership, and team leadership. Candidates with experience handling brand activations, experiential campaigns, and live events will be preferred.
