We are looking for a passionate, confident, and target-driven Skin Clinic Telecaller to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling prospective client inquiries, pitching specialized skin and clinical treatments, scheduling appointments, and meeting established sales goals.

Role & responsibilities

- Outbound & Inbound Pitching: Initiate outbound calling campaigns and handle incoming leads to explain clinical skincare packages, procedures, and offers.
- Target Achievement: Actively drive clinic walk-ins and book doctor appointments to meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales conversion metrics.
- Client Relationship Management: Address queries regarding treatments and skin consultation services confidently and professionally.
- Database & Report Upkeep: Maintain transparent,



organized records of daily calling logs, follow-ups, and scheduled client appointments.

Preferred candidate profile

- Education: Graduate in any stream.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience working in a skin clinic is strictly mandatory.
- Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills, a highly confident phone presence, and proven sales and negotiation capabilities.
