Role & responsibilities :

- Configure and support US Payroll modules, including payroll elements, earnings, deductions, balances, and payment methods.
- Work on US federal, state, and local payroll tax configurations.
- Configure and maintain Quick Formulas for payroll calculations and validations.
- Handle end-to-end implementation, enhancements, and support activities.
- Perform payroll testing, including SIT, UAT, and parallel payroll runs.
- Troubleshoot payroll issues and provide functional solutions.
- Prepare functional documents, configuration workbooks, and test scripts.
- Work with technical teams on integrations, data migration, and reporting.
- Coordinate with clients and business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Preferred candidate profile :

- Minimum 4+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM.
- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion US Payroll.
- Experience in payroll configuration, Fast Formulas, and payroll processing.
- Knowledge of US payroll taxation and statutory requirements.
- Experience in implementation and support projects.
- Knowledge of Core HR, OTBI, BI Publisher, and HDL is preferred.
- Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
