Key Responsibilities:

Support M365 to Google Workspace migration activities
Provide L2/L3 support for Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Docs & Meet
Google Workspace Administration (Users, OUs, Licensing, Security)
User onboarding and migration-wave support
Resolve complex technical issues and manage escalations
User adoption and transition support
Knowledge base creation and documentation
Knowledge transfer to the clients permanent support team
Ensure smooth migration with minimal business disruption
