Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement credit risk policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular reviews of loan applications, credit facilities, and other financial products to assess creditworthiness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Analyze market trends, economic indicators, and competitor activity to inform lending decisions.

Job Requirements :

- 8-13 years of experience in microfinance or related field (NBFC).
- Solid understanding of credit risk management principles, regulations, and best practices.
- Proven track record in developing effective credit underwriting processes and policies.
