Job Title: Regional Training Manager

Job Summary:
Responsible for driving regional warehouse L&D; initiatives, training needs assessment, content development, and capability building in alignment with business objectives across Retail, Supply Chain, or Logistics.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and implement annual training plans.
- Develop and update training content and learning modules.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and maintain training MIS.
- Collaborate with HR, Business, and L&D; stakeholders.
- Manage internal trainers, external vendors, and workshops.
- Conduct regional audits and address process gaps through training.
- Coach and support teams to improve performance and capabilities.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Graduate in any relevant stream; MBA or Master's degree completed or pursuing.
- 3 to 8 years of relevant experience in Retail, Supply Chain, or Logistics.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Proactive, adaptable, team-oriented, and outcome-oriented.
