Work Mode: Hybrid (4 Days WFO | 1 Day WFH)

What You'll Do:
Manage end-to-end IT recruitment, primarily for Contract-to-Hire (C2H) roles
Source top IT talent through LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals
Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
Drive offer closures and ensure a smooth onboarding experience
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline

What We're Looking For:
2–5 years of IT recruitment experience
Proven expertise in C2H hiring for IT roles in Indian/Domestic Market
Robust sourcing and stakeholder management skills




Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
Banking/BFSI hiring experience is preferred
