Job Title: Field Executive

About the Role

Lith-On Energy provides solar, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), and energy optimization solutions for commercial and industrial businesses. We are hiring field executives to conduct site visits and collect data for energy assessments.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit factories, offices, and commercial sites.
- Collect electricity bills, load details, and energy consumption data.
- Capture site photographs and prepare basic reports.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams.
- Identify potential solar and energy optimization opportunities.

Requirements

- 612 months of experience in field sales, solar, electrical services, or a related field.
- Valuable Hindi communication and basic English skills.
- Comfortable with local travel and customer interaction.
- Basic knowledge of electricity bills and solar energy is preferred.
- Familiarity with WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and basic documentation.
