Job Description – Customer Service Representative (Voice Process)

Location: Noida Extension
Shift: Night Shift (Aligned with U.S. Business Hours)
Working Days: 5 Days a Week
Transportation: Both-Side Cab Facility Provided

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to join our U.S. Voice Process Team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting online research, validating information, and interacting with U.S.-based business service providers through outbound calls to gather required data and resolve queries.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct research across various digital platforms to identify and verify specific information.
- Reach out to U.S.-based B2B service providers through outbound calls when required information is unavailable online.
- Handle customer and business inquiries professionally through voice and written communication.




- Maintain high levels of accuracy while collecting and validating data.
- Follow established procedures and guidelines to resolve issues effectively.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks while maintaining service quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline or equivalent professional experience in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong internet research and data verification abilities.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
- Comfortable working in night shifts.

Preferred Skills

- Previous experience in Customer Service, Voice Process, BPO, Utility, or B2B operations.
- Knowledge of U.S. geography and business communication etiquette.
- Ability to multitask and work in a quick-paced environment.
