We are seeking an experienced QA Engineer-II to lead validation efforts for AI

Software products and platforms. The role requires expertise in test strategy

development, automation architecture, AI/ML validation, quality metrics, and

cross-functional collaboration to ensure product quality across multiple

hardware and software configurations.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive QA strategy for AISW features, releases, and customer

programs.

• Lead test planning, test design, automation development, and validation

activities.

• Develop scalable automation frameworks and CI/CD-based validation

pipelines.

• Drive validation of AI runtimes, compilers, SDKs, tools, and AI models

across diverse hardware targets.

• Perform deep technical analysis, root cause identification, and failure

triaging.

• Review test coverage and identify quality gaps across products and

platforms.

• Mentor engineers and provide technical guidance on QA methodologies

and automation.

• Collaborate with engineering, product management, and customer

teams to ensure quality objectives are met.

• Track quality metrics, defect trends, escape analysis, and release

readiness criteria.





• Drive process improvements, productivity initiatives, and quality best

practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Electronics,

Electrical Engineering, or related field.

• 3-5 years of experience in Software QA, Test Automation, or Validation

Engineering.

• Strong expertise in Python programming.

• Solid understanding of Linux, embedded systems, Android, and AI

software stacks.

• Experience in CI/CD pipelines, test infrastructure.

• Proven experience in debugging complex software and system-level

issues.

• Experience with defect management and release quality processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI/ML software validation and model benchmarking.

• Knowledge of Snapdragon platforms, DSP/NPU acceleration, GPU

compute, or edge AI systems.

• Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, ONNX, SNPE, QNN, QAIRT, or

similar AI frameworks.

• Knowledge of performance, power, memory, and stability validation.

• Experience leading quality initiatives across multiple product releases.
